D'espairsRay? (Visual Kei, JRock) and my favorite Artist

I'm newb from 2/21, so I don't know if this belongs here. Feel free to lock if you need to...

But any ways, does anybody here like D'espairsRay?

D'espairsRay is a Japanese rock band formed in 1999 by Hizumi, Karyu, Zero and Tsukasa. The lineup has since remained the same and as of March 2007, the group has released several singles and EPs, as well as a two full-length records. Besides Japan, D'espairsRay have also toured Europe and North America in recent years, along with domestic releases in these territories. They performed at the Wacken Open Air festival in 2006,[1] and a second album, titled Mirror was released on April 11, 2007. [2] Their most recent appearance in the USA was during Jrock Revolution 2007 held on Memorial Weekend in Los Angeles, California.

Recently, D'espairsRay announced on their website that they will perform in America again for the Taste of Chaos tour from February to May.

They are my favorite Visual Band of course. Here's a song for anyone interested:

I was just searching for more Japanese rock bands through the forum and I downloaded an album while at it. So, I listened to some of the songs in Coll:Set and I loved it "Forbidden" was my first favorite song and then I started liking "Marry of the Blood" and "Kogoeru Yoru ni Saita Hana". Around March, I'll be seeing them at "Taste Of Chaos". At the thought, is anyone else going to Taste of Chaos, or maybe on March 21st?

The closest thing to visual kei I listen to is L'Arc en Ciel.

I'm a huge Asian Kung-Fu Generation fan though, but I'd rather shoot myself then put them in the same group as some of the bands you've posted.

I've got about 10 songs by them on my IPOD.
I need to get some more but, I just haven't had

I first heard of them by checking out the samples at hearjapan. I bought a few mp3s there and their music was awesome. My favorite song is TRICKSTeR. I recommend hearjapan if you want to know more information about hte band, they have their latest news translated into English. HearJapan - DespairsRay
