Track 3 - Reasons To Live: The song plays at 170BPM instead of their usual 200BPM. The intro is pure blasterbation but the instrumental is prog-influenced.
Track 5 - The Last Journey Home: The most epic DragonForce song to date! It is slower than most of their songs but not as slow as their power ballads since they have some tempo changes which starts at 150 to 200 to 170 and back to 150.
Track 7 - Inside The Winter Storm: Soldiers Of The Wasteland Part Two!
The special Japanese edition has three bonus tracks, Scars Of Yesterday, Strike Of The Ninja (the shortest song they've composed), and E.P.M. | |

I love how new and exciting for this band is changing the BPM when there are so many bands that make leaps and bounds with every album
Listen to Symphony X instead if you want power metal Quote: |
If anyone thinks that they suck, then, why are there so many simfiles from the Inhuman Rampage album? I'm just asking for obvious reasons.
| This is so funny

This is so funny | Actually, much as I generally dislike Power Metal (and I've heard a shitton of it)...
Symphony X's Paradise Lost was pretty kickass.
And yeah... I actually thought storyoftheyear's post was supposed to be a joke. Because, you know, it's pretty funny.

| Plus one of his rotating userbars is "Dragonforce fan"
No, this guy's for real
Also, it's worth noting that basically all the nerdy kids I know IRL seem to be gigantic Dragonforce fans, which tells a lot about the band
I can't be a true nerd if I realize they're really not that good! Quote: |

That said, I fucking love fast drums, so this band's very listenable in that aspect.

I just enjoy their music, even if it is excessive in the most intentional sense.

Told you | LOL at those comments. I have been a DF fan before the release of Inhuman Rampage. I don't like the fact that most GH fanboys would boast saying "j00 cnt beat me in GH. I 5* TTFAF!!!" but they can't cover that song IRL.
And BTW, their live performances are getting better (check Mayhem Festival!) compared to Grass-cock two years ago.
EDIT: Paradise Lost is kickass. Symphony X's previous works were too cheesy for me because they try to sound Egyptian or Middle Eastern all the time, even though their skills are DT-wise!

Also, I keep reading Ultra Beatdown as Ultra Beatoff.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | I tried giving dragonforce and the new album a chance yesterday just out of curiousity and I must say it really is terrible. every track sounds the same including the ones 'storyoftheyear' called out, they're just.... slower. They suffer from the same hackneyed song structure with 'epic' chord progressions that just never ever end. it's like the metal version of cheesy epic trance. Gross.
