There are a lot for me to choose from, but one I recently discovered that has had me laughing hard was Negima. I thought that episode 3 was hilarious when Asuna forced that love potion down Negi's throat, causing the whole class to fall for Negi. I'm sure that the future episodes I see will be just as hilarious. | |

-Digi Charat Nyo (with all those weird jokes that make me laugh for no reason).
-Fruits Basket, during the comedy episodes (and I agree, episode 6 is amazing, they totally made a very normal chapter of the manga like one of the best episodes for the anime  ).

-Galaxy Angel (another show that needs no explanation)

ohhhhh thats a hard one. Being focused around comedy anime myself, i dont think i can pick 1 best. but the top tiers are:
Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu
Galaxy Angel
Puni Puni Poemy
Cromartie High School
Cat Soup (series)
Excel Saga (but moreso puni puni poemy because its a parody of excel saga)
excusing myself im not going to put Azumanga Daioh in there because i dont laugh at it that hard. Azu gets super high "fun to watch" points, though.

definitely Excel Saga, since it makes no sense at all...and Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu? FLCL is quite amusing as well. But Furuba episode 6 takes the cake. =D | |

Ugh I totally forgot about Poemy. Yeah, that's up there, but... Excel Saga is funnier, and also a much much better show. Still, it deserves a mention.

-Ranma 1/2: A very classic martial arts comedy.
-Galaxy Angel series: I'm beginning to like this. Ange-lune, I'm starting to like. But watching this without subs will just make you go WTF all the time. Now if US Bandai release AA and X already.
-Excel Saga: This is just mindless weirdness. But I like all those Fist of the North Star spoofs.
I never saw Puni Puni Poemy yet, but it seems so hard to find around here.
