The only 2006 anime shows aired at Animax Philippines I know so far are only Jigoku Shoujo and Tsubasa Chronicles, Season 2 each. It's just pure injustice that other anime shows which have bloomed like TMoHS, Shakugan No Shana (even though it's at TV5), or Death Note aren't aired here! Let's see which country premieres Code Geass Season 1 first as well as Pizza Hut being their sponsor.

Unlikely.

Outside Japan, ALL Pizza Hut logos have been airbrushed (by Sunrise themselves).

Anyways, I think Cartoon Network Philippines will be the one showing this. Most likely, it will be shown here once it has finished showing Season 1 in the US (on their CN/Adult Swim).

Given that relatively all of Geneon USA's unpublished projects (ie. Fate Stay Night, Magical Lyrical Girl Nanoha and I think Rozen Maiden stuff to name a few) has been transferred to Funimation, I think that there is nothing to worry about so far.

Of course, I still blame the fansubbers and illegal downloaders (who prefer to exert their own selfishness instead of supporting legitimate anime distributors) as to why Geneon shut their business over there.

Sadly, such a negative trend would not go away (and I think ADV is starting to feel the pinch as well)

Granted, I don't think this would bring the fall of ADV..............however if it does happen (meaning the worst case scenario happens), then what would happen to the English language release of Clannad for next year?

see i would be more into buying anime and manga if it wasnt so incredibly overpriced. Im sure many people would agree with me, that the main reason why they would rather download is because the shits too expensive. know what does get my money though? merchandise. If there was more merchandise available id be wasting a lot more money, but maybe thats just me?

Well yeah

I just hope they're up for it (as Sergeant Keroro has more than 200+ episodes).

It's gonna keep their voice actors real busy for a long time

Though I'm personally interested as to who will be the voices behind Koyuki, Natsumi and Momoka.

At some point, I thought too that the artwork and drawing quality was the selling point of this show.

The ending plot though sends it downhill imho.........to the point where I don't wanna watch it again (ie. that and Kannazuki no Miko).

That's just me though.

It's really not THAT overpriced depending on where you look. Name me a series that isn't put out by Bandai, and I can probably find it for an affordable price...affordable to me anyway.

To each his own, I guess. I loved the 1st season. I'm on the 3rd episode of the 2nd season, & I got the 1st 2 volumes of the manga & hope to continue my collection. Yes, there was moments that were kinda "meh" or sometimes follow the manga TOO much, but if I ever get the chance, I wanna get the 1st Season Box Set. Not the best anime I've even seen, but still one of my favs. Not to mention the dub is actually good.

Edit: Remember that they were making a Haruhi Suzumiya dancing game for the Wii? Well, it's NOT GOING TO HAVE DANCING!! Instead, it's a mini-game collection!! But they're also making another one, where you play as Kyon & everyone's on a cruise ship or something.

Maybe it's that you just want it all right now and you don't care if you're ass-raping this industry you owe so much joy to? Man, I have talked to some voice actors, like actually spent a night just talking to them about everything and it's like some of them can't even find jobs. But I guess that's because it's too expensive. Yea, $20.00-$30.00 for 1.5-3 hours of content minus extras, yea that's not worth it at all. and $8.00-$12.00 for a couple hours worth of manga isn't either.

And also, I can't help but laugh at not only anime & manga pirates but movie pirates and music pirates because sometimes it's like the quality is so bad it's laughable. especially online manga. Having to click again and again to see one page on a cluttered screen, oh that's an awesome experience.

Dude, save your money already. That's what I've had to do for my whole life. That's what every other law abiding citizen has to do when they want to watch something. Or are you above the law or something?
