I've also been currently watching Samurai 7 on IFC. It's one of the best samurai animes I've seen in my opinion since Samurai Champloo.

I work on an anime review site, so I still through a lot of stuff I don't like quite often. The only show I'm watching right now because I like it is School Rumble 2nd Semester.
I've also see nthe first 9 episodes of Sgt. Frog the anime. Everyone needs to see this series. Period. It doesn't matter what your tastest in anime are; it's absolutely hilarious and great. | |

I'm not gonna bother saying any "YOU ALL NEED TO SEE *insert anime here* NOW BECAUSE ITS THAT GOOD" statements because know one really listens anyway, so I'll just name off a few shows I'm currently watching <3. -Ouran High School Host Club
-Haruhi (although pretty good stuff, I think this show is SEVERLY overhyped)
-School Rumble
-Eureka SeveN
-RahXephon
-Re-watching Ranma 1/2 (all 7 seasons  )
And also reading the Suzuka manga. The TV series itself was pretty eh, but I am enjoying the manga A LOT more <3

Depends on how much you'd like something that's slice-of-life (i.e. no boob grabs, panty shots, mecha, shonen action violence, love triangles, angst, dimension traveling, etc.). I haven't seen it myself, but many compare it to Yokoyama Kaidashi Kikou, which I adore. | |

I finished RahXephon a while ago when Anime Unleahed used to air on G4. Now that it's gone, I'm starting to get pissed!

It's not really something I can ruin/spoil for you. It just ENDS. In the middle of book #7(literally). They didn't have enough money to fund it apparently. There are 20 volumes of the manga. 19 released in the US so far.
The real ending of the manga is kind of depressing, but I won't spoil it. | |

All you people watching Eureka Seven, please for the love of god watch it in Japanese. I have pretty much lost all faith in the dub, considering how absolutely abismal Dominic and Anemone's voices are. Whoever casted the voices for the show clearly does not understand how much all the characters change throughout the show and the voice actors now will just not be able to convey the characters at all later in the series.
