The Grudge 2 is coming out...

Seriously... Why do these people insist on making these movies. There must be how many other movies they good make AND make more money off of.

Plus, guess what. They aren't following the 2nd movie very well from what the trailer showed. I REALLY hope they don't make the third movie...

We've known about this a bit in San Diego: the trolley stations tend to have some giant poster/ads up for a film or two, and the last month or so has been Grudge 2 and "The Covenant".

I saw this trailer just a few days ago, and the first thought that came to my mind when I watched it was, "Wow, they are either terrible actors or are being told to overact." Also, the entire trailer appears to have every scare tactic from the movie. You can tell they're struggling with this.

By the way, it doesn't follow the Japanese version very much at all. The same goes for The Ring 2. They wanted to branch it out differently so it doesn't look like 100% remake.

If I watch this movie, it'll be a hop from no fewer than one other movie that day. I'm not going to waste my money watching a shitty sequel to a bad movie. It looks like they've recycled every tactic from the original. How many times did that hand show up?

Yea, I know that everyone has kinda expected it to be coming out since the first one, but yea. Now people can see the trailer and convince themselves that they need not go to this.

Oh come on, you know people will go to see this, and it will do successful at the box office. The first one did, and look how crappy it is.

Plus, new actors in this trailer seemed to be terrible. As a fan of Ju-on: The Grudge and Ju-On: The Grudge 2, I am going to have to see this. I was immensly disappointed with The Grudge. I thought Ju-On: The Grudge was good. I LOVED Ju-On:The Grudge 2 MUCH more than Ju-On: The Grudge. I have yet to see Ju-On: The Grudge 3. But, this has nothing to do with the second Ju-On theatrical release.

Lets see, they're probably not going to get great reviews on this, but, hey, you never know.
