We've had stuff like Evanescence, Duff Sisters (Haylie and Hillary), Lindsay Lohan (before her reputation gone down the drain), Paramore and so on. Indeed, many of these types of musicians and music groups have had their introduced themselves to billions of people in the world, yet after those bands, who's the next to join in carrying on the name of this genre and type of music??? Well if you asked me, I think I know who that would be:

Wow and I can't believe that I just discovered them only a week ago (on a Asia-regional TV channel: Animax Asia). And my oh my they sound awesome.:
In fact, there may be possibly a chance that I might see them tomorrow during the Fall Out Boy autograph signing session (2009 tour - Manila leg). If so, then I hope to make it there to have a picture taking session (as a souvenir) and that I hope to buy their official CD real soon.
Every band that they're copying sucks. Because I'm not hearing a single original idea from Hey Monday.
It's also a terrible band name.

I never said I liked FOB or have shown any appreciation of it (in fact I despise them). However, all I said was I liked was the music of Hey Monday.
Again, you or anyone else may not agree with it (and I understand and appreciate that). However, I do find that their music is something that I enjoy (as well as the entire Bubblegum Pop-Rock genre itself).

Personally I think they are p. generic. I learned about them from the Real World on MTV. I watch it because there is a transssexual and I follow those issues.
It interests me. TGs are maligned unfortunately. It is sads.
