Default I need a good movie to watch.

Now, the key word here is GOOD movie. Or rather, great movie. I've gotten into this streak of movies that I really like, which almost ended the other day.

I have recently seen:
A Clockwork Orange
Inside Man
Domino
Fight Club
Scarface

and I think I'm forgetting a couple. But I need some new movies to watch. As you can tell, I want action movies, though if you know of a good movie in a different genre, let me know.

I recommend Man on Fire. The presentation is weird, which I love, but if you're against that kind of thing, never mind.

Saw it and loved it, haha. That's why I went and got Domino.

^Good list right above my post (didn't care for Crash personally but that is just me). Eternal Sunshine is a must.

If you can, get Oldboy. There really isn't much to say on it that hasn't been said already by just about everyone.

The French Connection, Broken Flowers, Aguirre: The Wrath of the Gods (may have a hard time finding this), and Everything's Illuminated. I just saw that last one recently and I really enjoyed it.

How about that movie that has Stever Carrel that just came out? Little Miss Sunshine is what it's called.

Battle Royale, although moderatly outdated, still an awesome movie overall. Office Space, if u havent seen it, and of course, Escape from New York/LA, although NY is better.

Old school : Charade, Dr. Strangelove
New school: Dark City, Amelie

My top four. Gremlins 2 falls in there somewhere, but that's more of a cult thing. (I've seen that movie almost 30 times.)

And if you like musicals, Down With Love is genius.

A few of my personal favorites:

Spaceballs
Blazing Saddles
Donnie Darko (I have no major preference on which cut, but the Director's Cut does explain things better)
Pi
Angel Heart
Shawn of the Dead
Shaolin Soccer
Any Kevin Smith film except for Jersey Girl
Videodrome (LONG LIVE THE NEW FLESH!)
Scanners (The Movie that I took my head exploding avatar from)

:O
They're remaking Battle Royale. I enjoyed both of them, lol. Guess I'll have to see this one too.

Thanks for the suggestions. I see quite a few that I'm going to try to get my hands on.

Someone suggested that I see Pulse, which is by the same guy as Ju-On (The Grudge) and Dark Water. That movie sucked. Very disappointing.

They also recommended Full Metal Jacket. Hopefully that will be good. It's driected by Stanley Kubrick, so it should be decent atleast.

Some of the movies you guys suggested are hard to find, lol. (I'm looking at you Altoid xD)
