I have an even harder time than usual rating this because while it was bad, that was the appeal. But we'll say 6/10 on account of

I don't know WHAT it was about that movie, but I really liked it.

8/10 | I know you couldn't be serious with that one.
Anyways
Just saw a movie yesterday: Fast and Furious 4.
It was okay considering that I kinda skipped a bit on the 3rd movie (Tokyo Drift). I guess, all I can say is that it's your typical, run-of-the-mill movie centered on car modifications and street racing. I kinda liked it more than the 2nd movie (though obviously the first film is still my favorite from the series).
I give it a 6/10.

Okay I just generally love musicals, but this movie version is particularly good.
I was going to QED this with a video of the dancing in the restaurant scene, but they took it off youtube. >:< Suffice it to say that I am fairly shocked that no one, uh, died in some of those dancing scenes.

It was okay. A bit hard to take Meryl Streep seriously but that might be the ABBA demons speaking.

Okay, this may not be fair because it is an art film and not a "movie" (and an art film from 1980, no less). While I did enjoy the nifty effects and found it worked very well with Throbbing Gristle's soundtrack in a symbiotic fashion (i.e. both elements enhancing the other), frankly, I didn't get it. I couldn't really understand what was going on. But that's generally how art films go for me.

Just how everything randomly ties together in a Futurama kind of way. Also the corniness of the movie kind of made it worth watching in an odd way.

OH MY GOD THIS MOVIE IS AMAZING. It's kind of like The Sound of Music, except a comedy. With Zombies. And Japanese, so no Nazis. Which I guess means that it's not like The Sound Of Music at all. But it's still awesome and totally worth seeing.

I approve.

There was one parody of Sound of Music (along with parodies of pretty much anything else they could stuff in there), but, no, not all that similar.
He's not in the video I linked but I'm a huge fan of the guy who danced by rotating his arms in exciting ways.

Comments: 1408 The movie in general is great thriller, but the ending could have been better for both. Crank: High Voltage Cannot say it's as good as the first but it sure lives up for as a sequel.
