-.1 because the plot makes absolutely no sense at times. why do they need to drill a hole into the center of the planet before launching the red matter? It's kind of, like, a fucking black hole. It'll do it's job wherever they put it.

Everything else was insanely epic though.
Didn't it need to be ignited? The core ignited the red matter, creating the black hole.
At least that's why I thought they needed to.

Yup that's what I was thinking too.

Nevertheless, IMHO, I too would agree with ACID HAUS:

Saw Terminator at midnight last night, it should've been called LOTSA EXPLODIN' starring Christian Bale, and featuring Common and the ubiquitous tough love black lieutenant with a chip on his shoulder.

6/10. Next time, don't spoil the major plot twist in the fucking trailer.

I Was a Male War Bride - 3/10.

First Howard Hawks/Cary Grant movie that I have actually disliked.

Angels and Demons - 7/10.

They completely changed a few parts of the book, but they did a pretty damn good job cramming it into 2 hours and 20 minutes.

The Terror of Tiny Town

the entire cast was made of dwarves and I now know what it would be like to have a 5 year old trying to seduce me/10.

The Decay Of Fiction: 8ish/10

I say "ish" because it is an avant-garde film that, while awesome, was still rather confusing. I get the feeling I'd bump the score higher if I understood the cinematic symbolism. Still fairly accessible, though.

Angels and Demons - 8.5/10

These types of movies are interesting indeed. Filled with action, suspense and mystery. Plus, films like these really make you think and thus not only put your eyes but your brain to work as well (in order to fully understand the plot even more).

Anyways, all I can say here is that I found it to be slightly better than Da Vinci Code (and I think that's the general consensus of the users here and that of the critics). Still can't understand much of the Carmelengo thing though but I guess I should wait for an official home release so I can watch it again (to understand that part of the plot more).

That's all for now (Night at the Museum 2 mini-review coming up tomorrow )

I'd still give it a 9/10.

Finally saw Terminator Salvation

Going to agree with kaoss on that one. Bale's acting was kind of over the top, and director McG could have done a better job on how the movie flowed in my opinion. Story wise it followed the same type of formula that is expected in the Terminator series. I would like to point out that Sam Worthington did do a pretty good job at playing his part.

6.5/10

To Cstar's quote about the difference between the movie and book in Angels and Demons.....this blows major balls.

Hmm.......guess I shouldn't keep my expectations to high then if that's the case. I just hope it would be better than T3: Rise of the Machines (which was just quite boring IMHO).

Anyways, here is my Night at the Museum 2 mini-review:

Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian - 8.5/10

I can say that it is even funnier than the prequel. Indeed this is something not to pass out (and if you can watch this on an IMAX movie theatre, then go ahead). Truly, this is a Ben Stiller movie that indeed the whole family will enjoy

P.S.
Surprisingly, Amy Adams looks almost similar to Nicole Kidman

It's a long list and sounds really bad, but the movie works regardless. Like I said, if nothing else it's kind of a neat movie to watch due to the fact that Rome, the Vatican, and the artwork that tie into the story are all fucking awesome.
