Seems quite good (I preferred this over F&F 2). Strangely, I didn't watch much of Tokyo Drift so I guess I should've done so before watching the 4th film. I'll do check if it's still showing on Cinemax Asia so I can get a chance to see it completely.

Agreed and thus proves that Liam Neeson is still bad-ass.

Star Trek: 9.8/10

Awesome movie overall! All of the character's performances were pretty much spot on with their TOS counterparts especially Karl Urban's McCoy and Simon Pegg's Scotty. The alternate parallel reality story was interesting and opens up the potential for new stories for a sequel. It was amazing and a great way to kick off the summer 2009 movie season!

Pulp Fiction - Tookmewaytoolongtoseethisfuckingmovie/10

I don't want to say it's a masterpiece because that's just cliche, but I enjoyed it immensely and can't identify anything I didn't like about it.

And I took way too long to see this.

I think we can all agree on this hehe......

In fact, after the movie finished and the ending credits started to roll, there were quite a few in the audience who gave an applause........including myself . I (and many others) did so because we all found it to be one hell of a film (in many possible aspects).

Since I was a person that pretty much appreciated Star Trek franchise (especially those involving Captain Picard played by Patrick Stewart + plus other iterations such as Deep Space Nine, Voyager and Enterprise), it was definitely splendid to note that this 2009 film continued and perhaps gave more recognition to the franchise.

That's all I can pretty much say about it

Just came back from Star Trek.

3/5. I'm NOT a Star Trek fan, BTW. Basically, everything during & after the ice planet was great. Mostly everything before it was OK.

7/10 for Attack Girls' Swim Team Vs the Undead

It is a Japanese B-Horror film, it actually got me to feel grossed out at times! which is really hard to do!

Storyline is something about a school becoming infected with a new virus, zombies, w/e. It kept me entertained for about a hour.

I saw Land of the Lost not too long ago. Great movie, 4/5.

Would've liked it more if the 8-ish year-old girl sitting 3 seats away from me WOULD SHUT UP FOR 5 MINUTES NOT ASKING QUESTIONS & SAYING THE OBVIOUS.

Che, part 1: 7/10

It was pretty good, but certainly biased in favor of sympathizing with Che's situation. It presented his side of the ideology conflict, but never the other side. We were just told that they were anti-freedom, which I think is a little short-sighted and propagandist.

Granted, it was a biopic, so of course it wants to focus on Che, but it just felt like it was catering to the types who buy red shirts with Che's portrait on them from Hot Topic.

Then again, I did not see part 2, as the distributor sent two copies of part 1 and one each of 1 and 2. Supposedly part 2 features more of Che's downfall (part 1 only went up to the conquering of Cuba).

The Brothers' Bloom - 10/10, this movie could not have possibly been better.

The Hangover - 7/10, comedies get way too overhyped these days. That said, it was a great movie to see with the guys.

That is, providing some fucker isn't sitting by you shouting EEEEWWWW, DAAAMMN, AAAAHA NO WAAAY.

Snakes on a Plane - 11/10

They were showing it again on Cinemax Asia and damn, this is really one of those kick-ass Samuel L. Jackson films (actually for me, most if not all films featuring him are kick ass to the max)

Two cents and I think even the critics were quite receptive of this film as well

Fanboys - 7/10

If the movie only have more oomph in its sheer hilarity, I could've rated it as an 8 or 9.

Batman (1989 version) - 9/10

I've never been a huge fan of the two most recent Batman movies, but whatever those were missing, this definitely had. Much better soundtrack, especially, but in general just a much better movie.

The Taking of Pelham 123: 8/10.

It's really stylish, and I liked that. Travolta says motherfucker a whole lot.

Up: 9.5/10

It was an incredible movie, with some scenes that actually made me tear up a bit! The funny was funny, the action was intense and it was just awesome. It wasn't my favorite Pixar movie, but dammit, it's in the top 5, easy.
