3.5/5. Would've been 4/5, but I was watching the TV version, so there was mutes for the swears & some weird edits. Also doesn't beat the original Die Hard.
Recording Commando while I sleep. Will watch it later.

It's such a stupidly hilarious film; unlike most comedies I think I was constantly laughing or at least I had a smile on my face! It does take a little while to really get going though, so knock 1 point off, 9/10.
Also, masturbating baby is probably the best thing I've seen in a movie ever.

I'm definitely gonna check this one out

Marketplace Rating: 3 | Pink Panther 2 (2009) - 6/10. Entertaining at times. I usually like Steve Martin in silly roles and he plays a great Inspector Clouseau, and Jean Reno in the supporting role is good too. There were some good funny bits but there weren't enough to hold the movie up completely. The story was entirely too predictable. I'm not quite sure what the primary audience for the movie is, but with a PG rating I would guess families with children ages 6-12. Even so, the outcome of the movie was too clear from the beginning.

I didn't understand much of it (I don't speak Spanish), but with this cable package in Chile, we don't get much on TV.
I'd say not understanding it actually probably improved the film, especially by watching it with other people who don't speak Spanish. It helps deter a lot of the inevitably bad scriptwriting. So for that experience, I'd maybe call it a 6.5/10. It was still undeniably lame, but amusingly so.

Marketplace Rating: 3 | Grindhouse: Planet Terror - I like Rodriguez's directing style, and I love the strawberry jam gore splatters. Laced with a few running gags and some other funny bits, along with ridiculous amounts of explosions and flying body parts, this was a pretty decent action movie. This, I think, is what the Resident Evil movies should have been like and not the overly Hollywoodized circus they became. The plot of the movie was really jumpy and shaky, but overall I enjoyed the movie quite a bit. 8/10
Note: Hollywoodized must be in Chrome's dictionary because it did not underline the word in red

3/10, if you're watching it as a Transformers fan. Terrible butchery of all the characters we know and love, and fuck Shia Lebouf.
8/10, if you haven't any idea of the original Transformers cartoon series. You'll have a good laugh, story's decent. Also, gratuitous slow-motion Megan Fox boob scenes.

3/5. I must say, it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be. There was some stuff that bugged me & some cheesy one-liners (though I must admit 2 or 3 them made me chuckle), it was actually good.

Given that I'm not a Transformers fan/addict (and haven't watched anything else before the live-action movies), I fall with the latter category.
It does have some funny scenes as well as the action scenes and effects are pretty neat. So I guess it's beyond good.........though I guess I didn't feel as much thrill and excitement as the first one (but I guess that's just me).
Still worth the watch......but may be not for another time on an IMAX screen I guess (I'd rather save that for the up and coming Harry Potter film)
