Lost! The T.V series

Now i don't think i'm the only one but i love lost. I think 3rd series is the best. If you don't know what lost is i'll give you a preview.
Lost is a T.V series that is based on a plane that crash on an island. The few people who survived are trying to survive the crash fighting wild boar to polar bears? They also encounter other people whom they name "The others". If you also watch this and have theories or whatever please do say something!

The whole show is about a secret organization attempting to discover the secret to immortality. They need the 23 correct people to attain this goal. The Others are people who came before them and who have proven to be the incorrect people, and they are stuck on the island until they can find their own replacements.

Sound strange? Well, my boss claims to have written almost the same story as a film trilogy nearly ten years ago, and his predictions about the progression of the series has been up to this point disturbingly accurate.

I take it the "23 people" are the main characters then. What series are you currently on in america because in england we are on series three! Has anyone noticed they been stranded on the island for ages now but hurley is still as fat as normal?

We in America are currently waiting for the show to start up again...we got like 8 episdoes of Season 3 and then ABC decided to cut us off for 16 weeks. Apparently sometime starting in February we'll get nothing but new eps. though...

The show itself is so bizarre...I love it to death though. It's always got me guessing about something and it's so hard to predict half the time...it's crazy fun.

I love me some LOST, but I missed most of the 3rd season pt1. Now I have to wait till Febuary to see the rest of the season.

The first season was good, but then it started getting way too much like Twin Peaks in terms of how things played out. The Lost Experience though was f'n awesome and a hell of a online scavenger hunt type of game. (Plus it explains quite a bit about the show itself.) Honestly though, from what I've seen of the third season it's starting to fizzle hardcore in the exact same way that Twin Peaks did in it's second season so I have to question if the show can do the intended arc that the writers mentioned in the commentaries.

I think the second series was a bit crap! It wasn't that bad but it just got annoying. But the thrid season had really got me back into it! i think jack should die i don't like him he gets old quick!

I think they should all die so they can stop filming this pile of crap.

The thing with lost is that if you don't watch the first series you don't understand. Typical people if you can't understand it try to get rid of it! Have you even watch more than one episode of lost?

I didnt see the first season but I saw every episode from season 2 and up to the current.

Here's the question I have. Who there thinks The Lost Experience isn't really needed to watch the show and who thinks that people should do that along with watching the show?

Yes. First 3. I stopped watching it then came back a nd the seemed to have MACHINE GUNS. And GIANT BLACK CLOUD was attacking.

It's all a bit too random for my liking.

I suppose the randomness of the show made it hard for you to not laugh at it? Well i think lost is good but hurley really need to lose wait other wise it seems random because hurley is the same size as he was before!
