Step Up 2....dissapointment?

A lot of people are telling me that Step Up 2 wasn't worth going to see and that it sucked. There was no storyline to it or something like that. Was it really that bad?

I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth going to see or not.

Whatever jackass suggested this as a good valentines day date movie should be stoned to death. Step Up 2 was so bad it was immposible to leave with and emotion other than dirty dirty terrible shame, much less any romantic notions.

Yeah seriously how is it a disappointment? It's right on cue if you ask me.

There's no way anyone walked into this movie expecting it to be good. Only reason I'd watch it is because of how hot Briana Evigan is in it.

That, and I watched it for the dance routines, and come on, the final sequence was pretty neat to watch. The crap she spat about how the Streets used to be blah blah blah was sappy garbage, I agree, but then again who really went to the movie for the message it was supposedly putting across?

I personally tend to watch movies for a little more than just hot white trash shaking their asses, and I personally like my break/dancing taken a bit more seriously.

But if you liked the movie, more power to you

It's the same with all these hip-hop movies.

Step Up 1, Step Up 2, U Got Served............those films are all crap IMHO.

Indeed waste of time and money for these things.
