Yeah, that was when they were actually on besides Saturday. I used to get a shot every week after school back in 5th & 6th grade & I remember watching a bit of Sailor Moon while I was in the waiting room (didn't have satallite or cable back then).

Thank you cartoon network for putting this one out of its misery. Do us all a favor and don't fuck up the next cool thing you come up with.
Toonami stopped being Toonami when they got rid of reboot, and stopped airing reruns of the first 2 seasons of Dragonball Z in favor of new episodes.

At the end of Toonami's final airing, the host, voiced by Steven Blum, ended the block by saying "bang", echoing the final word of his character Spike Spiegel at the end of Cowboy Bebop.
depending on how well this line was delivered that could have been the best possible end for toonami

Unlike Spike Spiegel, Tom was quite alive.

I also remember that one night they put up a bunch of animated music videos. That Gorillaz one was the best.

I remember toonami with shameless edits in the opening and closing songs. I definitely liked the original songs of beyblade and shaman king then they bring out the power rangers (which I stopped enjoying when i was in 3rd grade).

If blackraven is not lying about his/her location, we live on the same country.

Fuck that, I remember when Toonami crossover on the the WB for a while on week days. Those days were golden because you basically got 6 hours or TOONAMI.

WB - 2 to 5
CW - 5 to 7/7:30

I think the earliest I remember of toonami was when I watched Ronin Warriors as a kid. I loved that show.

Yeah I'm from RP and this was what they shown on Toonami years ago.

Oh and the edits are there on those animes (you can blame 4Kids for that )
