Tiff Needell has a voice that is pure solid gold. He used to co-present Top Gear, then I think he moved onto 5th Gear, a similar programme on another channel, but it isn't as good as Top Gear, doesn't have the same format.

5th Gear is basically a continuation of old Top Gear, just with different hosts. Channel 5 wanted to call it Top Gear but BBC still had (and has) the rights to that name.
