I've started drumming three years ago. I proceeded into double bass drumming five months later. I haven't attended any lessons but I usually watch tons of drum tuts in YouTube as well as some DVD's of Mike Portnoy and Thomas Lang. I have taken a very huge break for more than one year due to academic demands but my skills have improved after a very long hiatus. I am now playing solo in a studio since my band's no longer active anymore. | |

Also a couple years here and there of the following:
Trumpet
French Horn
Guitar (Jazz/Classical styles mainly, with a bit of rock on the side)
Also currently receiving some vocal training.
Casually, I've picked up a few drum skills using my brother's kit as well, but no formal training in that regard.
Currently active with two different bands in the area, and writing material for a third band of my own creation, although it's going rather slowly with my other obligations at hand.

Yeah, I'm no good at it, and my rig is a POS, but I do dabble in the art of seriously rocking out hard.

I've only been trained in Electric and Acoustic guitar. And more-so only Electric.

Marketplace Rating: 3 | I play a little trombone, a little piano/keys, and even more little electric & bass guitar.
I use a mouse to draw notes in music sequencing software, also. I figure that counts for something D:

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Piano/keyboard (just beginner stuff) and drums (I still remember even if I haven't played on a real set for years).
Granted, I do want to learn how to do some DJ stuff (like turntables, beatmatching and stuff).
I don't want to depend on using Ableton too much so I gotta learn the traditional ways as well.

Marketplace Rating: 1 | I play a lot of different percussion instruments. Considering the vast number of ethnic percussion instruments that are out there, I can't say that I play everything, but I play just about anything you could think of off the top of your head. The largest ones that I own are a marimba and an electronic drumset that I just got, but I also play everything from tambourine to the djembe.
This semester I'm in a symphonic band, a symphonic orchestra, and hopefully a stage musical, taking lessons on classical percussion like snare and xylophone, and I play marimba and afro-cuban percussion for modern dance classes twice a week. Hopefully I can squeeze some drumset lessons in there as well. I am also taking piano class, though I wouldn't consider myself to be very good at it.

Nothing else
