First, these lyrics are from the song's video. Unless the dude that made the video screwed up, these are the correct lyrics.

Second, that bit of kanji at the end is the "ji" used for old man (like the guy in the video)

Third. . .since I know what the song is about (the environment), I can do a better translation than Bleeding Luv. Also, I did my best to make it singable (for comparison, go look at what happened with Reminiscence); if you want to try singing along with this song, you (kinda) can.

Lastly, the stuff that's capitalized Like This is the singer's attempt at English. The bolded part at the end is the best thing I've heard out of a Y&Co. piece.

ECO-G by Y & Co.

(1)
Glass runs all through this Crazy Town
Is Technology the number one?
Vehicles cover this Hit & Run
This polluted fume-filled town is a Heat Island

The summers at 28°C, SET! (2)
Close the curtains at winter (nice and warm!)
Our resources are limited
And now, about that star... (3)

ECO-G, we want you to teach us your stuff (and teach our children and their children's children, yeah!) (4)
ECO-G, you can do the work at this time (if for our children's sake)
Love the Earth Forever

(5)
ECO-G, we want you to teach us your stuff (and teach our children and their children's children, yeah!)
ECO-G, you can do the work at this time (if for our children's sake)
Love the Earth Forever

(1) Here's what the first verse is, with a more literal translation:

Glass crisscrosses this Crazy Town
Is Technology the most important thing?
Cars cover this Hit & Run
This exhuast-covered town is a Heat Island

(2) 28°C = 82.4°F.

(3) Methinks it's the sun

(4) The word in the parenthesis that keeps popping up is "mago", or "grandchild".

(5) This isn't a mistake; the chorus is sung twice

(3) is more likely the earth.

Also, Eko Jii is like, "Ecology Old Man", as in "Jii-san" = "Old Man" and Eko being an abbreviated Japanese borrowed word of Ekorojii (=Ecology)

Pretty self-explanatory.

Also, given the fact that this Y&CO song is in Japanese makes me appreciate it a bit more compared to their other songs which are crappier (cough*ROULETTE*cough)

Although......

What the fucking hell is a "HEAT ISLAND"?

P.S.

ECO-G

I'm assuming "G" is for Grandpa since the dude in the video is an old guy, yes??? no??? (???)

It's the other way around.

Y & Co. made the song, then the dude who made the video heard the song (and probably saw the title), and decided that an old man and a blue penguin were the most suitable hosts for the show.

"Heat Island" refers to an area with way too much concrete/asphalt/other heat-happy stuff. Go to a business district in the middle of summer at 3 PM and you'll see why it's known as a heat island.

(I don't understand why the Earth would be referred to as a star (hoshi), but I'll take your word for it)

Hmm...........

I thought that the "heat island" was just some "ENGRISH" thing haha.
