I still have no clue what Ristaccia means, so with my rudimentary italian picked up from singing opera, I think it's about how there's a whole bunch of people at the control of this 'Saint Ristaccia', who governs them and basically it's sort of like they're fighting a holy war for her.

Well, I'm italian and I tried to do the lyrics too. But I think that "Venga il tuo rengno Patrona" it's "Venga il tuo regno al trono"
