Also, who knows when that arcade will get the USB thingies. The place where I play NX2 got the USB Keys like 1 week after the machine was installed

It could be an easy fix, it might not be. That screen's been plagued with problems since they had Exceed 2. After the first time it blew, the screen hasn't been the same; it's been dimmer, blurrier, and never completely fitting on screen.
Knowing this D&B, they could just adjust it, but we're still not talking about the most competent techs on the planet...hell, they switched the floor panel lights when they upgraded.
As for the centered screen, it's odd. Sometimes it'll be just barely off the screen on the left side, other times it's almost completely off. Another time, the screen was shaking HORRIBLY. It's got a life of it's own or something.

Marketplace Rating: 3 | The monitor is just an ordinary CRT, so it should be that easy to adjust it...
of course, if the monitor is breaking down, then we'd have a real problem...
I'm glad Chicago is getting more NX2s.

Getting at any of the service level adjustments will probably require a remote they likely don't have anymore.
It just needs to be replaced.

you dont have to work on a arcade machine to figure that one out. However it could be hard if its not windowed into the screen correctly (as in the screens image is too large to fit on the CRT that is running pump it up).

They would have to know the exact TV type though, and they probably dont know what it is.
