why talk about beat of the war in a mexi mexi thread?
here is the right place to talk about it....

I think that the stops and the bpm changes are only estetic features, but no useful at all...
well, I admit it, they see original, add a challenge to the steps, but only the first time (if you are a pro pump it up player), if you play once, twice, etc, finally you memorize them like all the past steps...
Sincerely I prefer the old school moves in charts, some of the new steps (principally Zero steps) are so repetitive, and no always goods) like funtytonight crazy steps, love is a danger zone 2 try to bpm, and others ones, have the same steps one and one and one time in the song, even, funky have some copy/paste steps from greenhorn/hot remix...
In short (at least  ), i think that the bpm changes and stops are are good visual elements, and usefull by a short short shoooooooooooooooooooort time...

Yeah, the first time I played Moonlight, I had no idea it slowed down in the middle, so I only played it on 2X speed. And I'm like, "WHAT, THE, HELL?!?!!
The only other song in the history of pump that surprised me that much was the instant accelerations in Name Of The Game by Crystal Method. I hate that song now.  | |

well the slowdown in both Phantom and Moonlight are very VERY similar, but at least moonlights is readable e_e; even at 4x I can't fully read the slow phantomness | |

They're just like on Hard mode. Play it a few times and then it's a cinch. I can get all perfects on it.

Moonlight's slowdown is way harder, since I think it has 32nds in it, or some kind of real tight equivalent.
Phantom's is nothing psycho, it's what comes before and after it that hurts. I LOVE the NM equivalent. Solitary 2 NM bounces ahoy.
