Ya but if you get the right materials substitute one for another ( different sheet metals cost different prices. Just cause the guide says to get one thats $xx.xx and theres a comparable thickness for $yy.yy get the cheaper one.) as long as the sensors and insides are ok the outside doesn't matter. remember its not whats on the outside that counts.

I have the same question. I would like to know how to build one also. I like PIU and the ONLY way I can play is at home but my soft pad has had it.

BUT I have to say it was the best soft pad I have ever EVER bought. Next to the Red Octane one. And no I dont mean the ignition the one under it...

um ok I should stop talking I am getting of topic

ITT: I built a DDR Pad

same process goes along here but you need pump parts to do so. Expect to dish out an easy 300 dollars.

i am about to start making a pad. i saw instructable video on how to build a ddr pad and using custom made sensors. you do not need to buy those ultra expensive sensors. also i would guess it only costed around 100 at most to build. anyway heres the link,
