Monitor Issue

The PIU monitor at our local arcade is messed up. It looks as though the parallelogram setting on the monitor is messed up. the top sags slightly to the left. Not only that, there is a discoloration in the green color. It shifts the entire color scheme off splitting the red and the blue making everything blurry. I've never opened a pump monitor before but plan on fixing this if I can. Also, it is the 51" monitor. 1) Is there a degauss button? 2) Where would I find the control panel for the monitor? The District Manager was talking about a special remote, but I've been searching all day and have yet to find a remote. Please help. Fellow Pumpers want to play,

What kind of machine is it?
And what kind of screen are we talking about exactly?

Sometimes depending on what version cabinet it is, there are different kinds of screens.

The one at my arcade is a rear projection. Last time the screen was off, they used a remote, so i dunno.

Well. Our arcade has a Premier 2, projection screen. I've heard talk about a remote but have no idea where to get one and what it is called. I was hoping it was just as easy as Degaussing the screen.

I've never opened the back panel to look the projection. I'm just tired of it looking F'ed up. I do work at the arcade, so its makes it a bit easier to get things done. let me know

Well the machine at our arcade is a Prex 3 or so Model. (It's burned into the screen a bit xD)

But yeah, it should have come with a remote. And during startup i think you can use it to go to the menu of the monitor and fix around the colors, warmth, sharpness, X,Y location etc.

The should also be internal ways of doing that, but i wouldn't have the slightest idea about it. ^^u
