So, while cruising around trying to decide (for the Nth time) where to purchase my DDR pads, I discovered that MyMyBox is reissuing their metal PIU pads in the black style of their new Nexen DDR pads.
This is the first I've heard of this, and I wanted to get reactions from the Pump community. Is anyone planning to get these? Has anyone been following the reissue closely enough to speculate on whether the quality issues with the first run have been ironed out?
I note with dismay that they're PS2 only. Does anyone know how to use a generic PS2 controller->PC adapter with the Pump PC games?
P.S.: I'm really surprised there isn't a thread on this already - enough so that I'm wondering if there is and I just missed it. So if I did, mods, please lock this thread and direct me to the old one (but don't hit me too hard).
Hopefully the wiring and design will be better - allegedly they are now reusng the design of NEXAN ony with the panel layout of PiU, but I'll wait and see.
