Its stepchart makes it a little bit easier to move from one pad to the other, it's good for people who are learning how to do that. Anyone with some good experience should do fine on this song, but it's now easy because when you need to move from one pad to the other it is really fast and it requires some experience to do it.

Yeah I mean, it's not that bad now, but I've been playing NM for a little while now

When I first started, I found it to be pretty rough and it took me two or three tries before I managed to get an A

Is Dignity FS easy for begginers in NM too? I'd like to try it, because Dignity is one of my favorite songs.

Dignity FS is way harder than all the Nightmares I listed before, I can tell you. Same for other insane stuff in FS like Mr.Larpus, Will'o the Wisp or Vook.
