Default Pump It Up GX cabinet graphics

Hey. I recently purchased my own PIU GX cabinet, and after getting it all home and put together, I noticed that some of the decals on the cabinet were a bit worn away.

I was wondering if anyone knew if it's possible to get a new decal kit from anywhere? I've seen some arcade distributors selling kits for DDR cabinets before, so I figured maybe it's possible.

Also if anyone possibly had scans of the decals, that would work as well.

Thanks!

You can order them from your Andamiro distributor (or I suppose any Andamiro distributor). I had to order a side art decal to repair damage. I think it was about $70, but I'd have to go look it up.

Oh, awesome.

I don't suppose you could give me the distributor you ordered from's name? I've had no luck with asking various AM distributors.

Just out of curiosity, which mix do you have? Got it on eBay or elsewhere?

You do NOT want to use my distributor. They were...well, they were awful.

a) they didn't know they were an AM distributor
b) they asked me to call AM to get the part numbers of the stuff I wanted
c) they asked for the phone number to AM so they could order the stuff from them
d) they still added their markup after I did all their work for them

-_-

I'd give AM a call and simply ask them for your local distributor.

Oh man, that sucks. D: Well, I'll give em a try. I think Shaffer Services is the main AM distributor for my area.

It's a Premiere 3 GX, running NX on an MK-6 currently. Got it from an arcade owner in Indiana for $1200. I'm upgrading to NXA once I sort out a few financial things, which should be in the next few weeks!

Shaffer is my local distributor. My experience was 3-4 years ago, so hopefully things have improved or your local office has more of a clue than mine did. Please post your experience so we'll know how things stand.

Oh, great. :/

Well, I believe Columbus is the headquarters for SS, so I'm sure I'll get better service at least.

Good luck!

Like I said, please share your experience. I think it's really helpful for people to hear first hand about available options.

Damn, I didn't think anyone could do better than I did. I got my Zero GX MK6 for $1725 but I still had to pay shipping to get it from a few states away. Nicely done.

Yeah, I was pretty happy with it. A friend of mine got a Prem2 SX for around $1400 as well, from a distriutor in Texas. Damn good price, considering they cleaned the entire cabinet, replaced the monitor with a brand new flat CRT, and repainted the pads/bars.

And I'll be sure to, -Ho-.

SonGohanX is who you're talking about.

You guys got better prices overall, but I got three mixes and a whole lot of memories with my SX.

Yes, because obviously getting good deals eliminates being able to have memories involving your machine.
