640x480 resolution is completely default for Pump. AFAIK it's not possible to change it.

I guess the only choice you have is to play it on full screen.

Your monitor might not have the "stretch to fit" option selected.

Have a search through it's settings and enable it and it'll stretch the screen to full screen although the resolution will still be 640x480 so it might be a bit.....eh.

It'll look blurry, crappy, pixelated and there's a risk to see graphics and sound off-synched.

I don't recommend that.

If you're running your PC with high resolutions (1980x1200 or something like that), try reducing resolution to something like 1280x800 and then the Pump window will seem bigger. Of course, not the best solution because you'd have to switch to high res again everytime you stop playing :/

You CAN actually change pump pc (prex 3) resolution to any one you like. You must do it in-game though. I used to do it using nvidia's control panel, Alt + TABing to it during gameplay (the control panel's window won't go over pump pc program though). You must "blindly" use the control panel and change resolution, finally alt+tab to pump pc again.

Graphics doesn't get pixelated (depending on what opengl driver you're using), but for some reason wou will need a decent computer to sustain 60fps. Old pcs get laggy with this cfg.

Hey.. I've just found the way to play Pump PC in full screen...!!! I'm same to you, Win 7 and no 640x480 resolution. Here the guide:
1.Start Pump 1 time.
2.Press Window key on your keyboard. When the Start Menu Icon at the left corner appears, use your mouse to click on it, and type "pump" into searching tray to find your Pump(.exe).
3.Start it. Then Alt+Tab to change to 1st Pump. Alt+f4 to close it. Enjoy...!!!>D<.
P/s: If closing 1st Pump doesn't work, try closing 2nd Pump...!!!
IMPORTANT: Must press S one time on the Pump you want to play full screen to go to Main menu ( when the theme music's playing), then do step 3.
