tournament anyone

hey whats up i'm leeo and i work at rocket city (katy,tx on grand parkway) where we have what i would call the most under used pad in town so this goes out to everyone in the houston/katy area we would like to start throwing tournaments in the near future but need to know that we have enough peps interested before we start talking up the idea to the owner if yall know what i mean.

so let me know whats up guys post replies, pm me, or heck just stop on in and check out the pads for yourself and if you do ask for leeo(thats me) or dave for more info on tournaments and such.

ohh and fyi we are only one upgrade behind as far as content goes but if people start useing the pads more that will change real quick.

mk so not so much of a reply so can i ask u guys out their how is the best way to do a first tournament score based or style based and if score what level of diffaculty would be the best.

I'd be interested but I live too far away from you. I don't have much experience regarding tournaments, although I know people usually do them by score and have separate brackets for speeders (crazy, nightmare) and freestylers (freestyle, half double, light nightmares).

For rounds, I've seen them run like this.

Round 1: A difficult Hard song (Dawn of the Apocalypse, or something about the same level)
Round 2: A crazy song.
3. A high difficulty Crazy song.
4-finals: Nightmares.

Each round, the bottom quarter or so of entrants is knocked out. The top scores move on.
