Beef Vegetable stew

Does anyone have a good recipie for beef vegetable stew? I lost mine, and i have been wanting some for ages! Im looking for one with potatoes, carrots, onions, and NO tomatos please!

I don't have a recipie, but I find that crock pot stew is amazing.

Oh god, ANYTHING made in a Crock Pot is just pure heaven. My older sister one time treated us to a DELICIOUS pork shoulder with tomato sauce and mushrooms, and toss in a bayleaf or two. After a good, slow cooking all day, that thing just fell apart at the touch of a fork. Man, just makes me feel full thinking about it!

oh.. well agreed, my dad used to make the meanest pot of chili in a crock, with extra hot sauce!

it was like a party in my mouth, and everyone was on fire. it was truely awesome
