It could work imho.
They could probably put it in an area that is more urbanized and caters to people with more pockets (ie. places such as Canary Wharf and Cardiff).
This in fact the same principle that led McDonald's to rapidly pursue global expansion of its "McCafe" restaurant line.

We also have the Pizza Hut Express line here in my country.
Obviously, this type of Pizza Hut service is for people who want their pizza fast and on the go.............or for those that just want to order as a single slice.
