That works out to 730 calories and 47 grams of fat -- more than a Whopper sandwich, which the Burger King Web site said has 700 calories and 42 grams of fat.

830 calories and 46 grams of fat
Both of the burgers pack a lot. But I sware they got The Enormous Breakfast Burger at 900 at one time.

I easily eat 2 eggs (perhaps with cheese scrambled in), sausage, bacon and toast regularly. You're also supposed to eat quite a bit for breakfast so as to start up your metabolism well for the rest of the day.
It's no worse than eating something like country-fried steak and eggs or biscuits and gravy or just a full omellette + potatoes from Perkins.

If I'm ever up that early, I always just have cereal, mainy because I just don't like the food you've listed right there. Like when I go to Perkins, I just order maybe 3 pancakes and water or something like that. The only thing I can truly say I do enjoy that's relative to that is the Mcgriddle. Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. Delicious...

2 cups Bisquick

When mixing it all, don't worry if it's too lumpy. Runny batter means crispier waffles.
Enjoy. | |

I guess that's what it's for, to get rid of that morning taste in your mouth. Sushi in the morning; great idea! Sure is better than eating a BK Stacker in the morning.
