Default Chipotle

Discuss the food, that by most accounts, is straight from God himself.

My favorite:
Tortilla
Rice
Black Beans
Chicken
All 4 Sauces
Cheese

Ooooh yeah. Fuck, I live on the Mexican border and I still love the food at Chipotle. Best Americanized burritos I've ever had. I tend to get a chicken/black beans/rice/lettuce/cheese/sour cream/guacamole mix, ignoring the salsa.

And the chips? I love those chips, with the hint of lime and a distinct LACK of hideous salt that gives it said taste.

I absolutely hate Chipotle now. After eating there so much, everything just tastes bland, regardless of what I get. I used to get a steak burrito with black beans, corn, cheese, that hot salsa and sour cream.

I go to chipotle like, all the time. I haven't been there in a while, though.
Steak burrito = orgasm.

EDIT| A while being, like, 2 weeks lol.

I have had weeks where I've gone every single day of the week with a friend of mine. In fact we're going tomorrow, and it's amazing every time. There's like 5 or 6 within 10 minutes of me, including one literally a block away. Food of the gods, the toppest of tier.

HELL YES.

I didn't mention those, but they are so amazing. Half the time I dont even get salsa with them because that would ruin the taste.

Chipotle was okay, I like Baja Fresh better. I did like Chipotle's burritos, and the chips were nice to much on as well. I think I had the chicken burrito, and it was a little spicy, but otherwise good. I just didn't like how expensive it was. I could have gone to another place and gotten a better burrito for cheaper. Still, if a group of friends wanted to go to Chipotle, I would have no problems going with them. It's one of the few places that doesn't make me sick.

I'll be a bit curious.

What's "chipotle" for you? :s Seeing how mexican food is TOO different in the places nearr the border, compared to the rest of the territory... o_o

It's a restaurant in the States that offers burritos, tacos, all sorts of things. I don't really remember it very clearly, I'm sure someone here will have a better explaination.

Without offending anyone, it's like a mexican restaurant that's own by McDonald's Corp (unless it was sold to anyone else without my knowledge).

Heck, no surprise I've never heard about it

It's still funny to see how people from the U.S. that come to the Center part of Mexico (or worse: the South) randomly ask you about Burritos, and the typical reaction of someone from here would be "WTF are you talking about o_o".

Or that was my reaction when someone from N.J. came and asked me about it, years ago. If he didn't tell me, I wouldn't know what the fuck a burrito is.

No surprise on Tacos, those are common everywhere

Despite the ownership, this chain is possibly the best thing to come out of McDonalds in history. Good food, decent prices, and they're more than willing to let you experiment with anything that's in the store. The chain's "unofficial policy", as one employee told me, was that if the ingredients were there, you could have anything you wanted mixed up, on the menu or not.

It's a great place, really. I hate to sound like I'm just gushing about it, but I've yet to have a bad meal there after three years of eating the stuff.

Yeah, it's a pretty good place, I'll give you that. It's one of the few places in this world that reacts badly to my weak stomach. Gush on, my dear, gush on.
