i used to go to chipotle all the time, and it was fantastic. then i was tipped off to a nearby, family-owned restaurant called hooya that has the most amazing burritos ever created.

they have these cayenne flavored burritos that are to die for when grilled. it's absolutely amazing stuff.

I honestly wouldn't trust anything from McDonald's unless I saw nutritional facts and ingredent lists.

It doesn't help that I'm on a health binge at the moment, but I'm paranoid of overprocessed and seriosly preserved foods.

As seen in "Supersize Me", McDonald's fries don't break down, even after 3 months, they're the same. I cleaned out my car years ago (don't worry it was an old car, I take care of my cars), and I found a year old fry that was the same as it was a year ago; except it was slightly petrified.

Your body cannot proccess most of McDonald's food. An example; splenda. It's supposedly sugar that's molecularly altered so your body doesn't recognize it. You taste the sweetness, but your body doesn't store it like it would store sugar as fat.

Chipotle's ingredients are very fresh. Also, the burrito is made of something like half rice. I'd say the only thing bad for you is that the burritos can way around a pound.

Actually, as I was told by the manager at my local Chipotle, they can weight 2-3 pounds.

yeah, that shits good, seriously. i just tried the veggie the other day and it was just as big and filling as the carnivore variety. i try to keep it somewhat healthy so i skip the cheese , rice, and sour cream, but pile on the salsa and beans. if only the tortillas were whole wheat...
