How can anyone not like Dairy Queen?
Especially the famous and tempting Blizzard
Personally though:
I prefer my Blizzard in the largest size (of the container) with Oreo PLUS additional toppings:
Mainly
-Chocolate Chips
-Brownies
I'm still experimenting with what other toppings/extras I can put into my Oreo Blizzard.
Besides which, in my country, I think they already sell Blizzard in Buko flavor (Coconut)........which should be yummy and refreshing in my book.
-------------
So yeah....
With that in mind
How can anyone not like Dairy Queen?

Then if I'm feeling adventurous I get a nerds blizzard.

Granted, it may be difficult for me as I am already "addicted" to Oreo Blizzard with extra toppings.
-------------------
Anyways, good responses so far
P.S.
In my country, Dairy Queen, whose franchise is held by Philippine Pizza Inc. (which also handles the Pizza Hut and Taco Bell franchises in the Philippines), announced that after opening its 500th International Store here in Cubao, they plan to add 15-20 stores by the end of this decade.
I do hope that they open a branch in the mall that I'm closest to (so I can play BM IIDX then have a Blizzard after I play)
Yummy

Peanut Buster Parfait is okay, but I prefer pecans or walnuts to peanuts any day.
With Blizzards I like peanut butter cup, brownie, cookie dough, and oreo. I'm not a fan of fruit and ice cream together, just an odd texture/flavor combination IMO.
Also, can't go wrong with a plain old soft serve cone.

Aside from the usual Oreo Blizzard (biggest size) with chocolate chips and brownies, I just tried my hand in adding Nestle Kitkat
It made it much more satisfying

If only there was one close by. | |

Great. It's been a long time since I last had a Blizzard. (December in the US I guess, if not, then I probably had one in my country after that.) Now, I craving for it again. | |

In fact, I think we both purchase DQ in the same store (Glorietta 4 Cinema branch).
Anyways, I'm still studying all the other possible combinations that I can put in my Oreo Blizzard "special".
Granted, I've tried their other products as well such as the Moolatte and the Orange Julius Orange Juice.
Yummy imho

I remember what I had in the US now. It was a Blizzard with Reeses'. On a really cold winter afternoon on the way to Las Vegas from Hoover Dam, I ate it outside without my jacket on. That was probably one of the most insane things I did.
Gah. I want a Blizzard. | |

Gah. I want a Blizzard. | Haha
That is a crazy stint you did then.
But I'm obviously sure that you enjoyed it haha
Anyways, I've heard that the people over at Dairy Queen HQ in the US is happy with the operations of DQ in our country.
Furthermore, they said that after opening their 500TH INTERNATIONAL STORE in the Philippines, DQ would be expanding more in the country (with 5-10 branches opening every year).
They also said that DQ operations in the Philippines are the MOST PROFITABLE of all DQ operations in South East Asia.
How cool is that

Certain branches of DQ still sell the Kit-Kat blizzards. They prolly discontinued them on a corporate basis because people were chipping their teeth on the frozen candy.
The same happened with the Nerds Blizzard and stores still sell that.

In my country, the DQ stores here still have the Nestle Kit-Kat (which apparently replaced Nestle Crunch which I liked more).
Nevertheless, it still is a great topping so I have no complaints bout that.
Anyways
Next time around, I'm thinking of trying two other flavors (mainly Strawberry Banana and Banana Split).
Of course though, I still have to bear with myself as I still have a bias to Oreo Blizzard and that my taste buds already seem "locked-on" to it (everytime I pass by DQ).
Nevertheless, I'll try my best to redirect my urge so that I can try the different flavors available.
Hopefully
P.S.
I didn't know DQ makes and sells Ice Cream Cakes here in my country.
Though apparently, it only seems to be available in one branch (the Eastwood City branch I think).
