At the bar I like to drink Long Island's and Kamikazi's, throw in an Irish Car Bomb here and there...etc.
At home? Pucker is weak but at least doesn't taste like crap. Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Maker's Mark, and Eagle Rare are good/decent whiskies.
Guinness is a good beer to drink, the flavor isn't as ass as stuff like Molson/Labbatt (Which is what I drink when I drink beer).

Pretty much anything with Bailey's Irish Cream in it is okay by me. Irish Angels, Irish Dreams, etc.
I also like tequila shots with lime and salt, margaritas, cosmopolitans, and Mike's Hard whatever. Since I'm really not a beer fan, most of the sweet drinks appeal to me. Extra Tasty is a nice website because you can enter in whatever liquors you happen to have or know you're going to be buying, and it will give you an extensive list of different drinks you can make with them.

I don't drink anything alcoholic, so here goes on my short list of tasty drinks. Propel (Kiwi Strawberry, lemon and melon), Juicy Juice (watermelon and grape), low-fat chocolate milk, pulp-free orange juice (no Tropicana, and I insist on the more natural juices) and a lot of water. Root beer is the only soda I drink, and pretty rarely (Dad's root beer, if you can find it, is spectacular).
I'll also take any 'real' fruit smoothies if given the chance. I don't like the fake mix kind; needs to be real fruit.

If you are looking for some good non-alocolic drinks, I would go with anything with virgin in front of it. I like to drink sometimes virgin daiquiri or a virgin margarita if I am the DD that night.

Trust me, it just tastes like root beer.
Nothing special, other than you will get tired of it fast.
And look for a sprite to wash the taste out of your mouth.
