I just can't stand the inside texture or the flavor. I had some high hopes for the grilled and tempura eggplant, but it just didn't work out.

I don't know about steamed eggplant, I'd want it to a very overcooked consistency so it was more soft, then I'd probably try it with Kikkoman.
As for fried, I had a fried eggplant hero, and the hero was from my elbow to my wrist. Huge as hell. It was amazing; parmesan and vodka sauce... mmm
And grilled is beastly when it's marinated... mmm kebobs...
fuck, I'm hungry and the chicken in the rotisserie is an hour away ;-; | |
