Default Eggplant

your opinions? I fucking love it.

It's awesome on pizza, deep fried, steamed, everything.

Love it on pizza (sicilian style, thin, delicious), fried (fried zucchini can kiss eggplant's ass), but I'm never fond of many veggies that are steamed. Never tried eggplant steamed, though. Will have to try that.

Yes, I really love eggplants too, especially when they're grilled. I like it on pizza (like you, guys) and in pasta, too.

And I also like it on omelettes (yes, we Filipinos add eggplants to eggs and adding some ground beef!).

The first time I tried eggplant was tempura.

I've yet to touch it again.

I remember trying it when I was four, and hating it. Don't think I've had it since...

Happened with me and pickles. Except I love pickles now. Except ones on fast food burgers, only when I REALLY crave them.

Not to go off-topic, but that's the crappiest post I've ever seen. Am I missing something? I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, I'm just genuinely confused...

I tried numerous times to eat eggplant with my host family in Japan, in several different forms, and just couldn't get myself to like it. I just can't stand the inside texture or the flavor. I had some high hopes for the grilled and tempura eggplant, but it just didn't work out.

What I don't get is how you have over 700 posts. But yeah, nice posting, bro. Way to totally say something, like, legit.

I don't know about steamed eggplant, I'd want it to a very overcooked consistency so it was more soft, then I'd probably try it with Kikkoman.

As for fried, I had a fried eggplant hero, and the hero was from my elbow to my wrist. Huge as hell. It was amazing; parmesan and vodka sauce... mmm

And grilled is beastly when it's marinated... mmm kebobs...

fuck, I'm hungry and the chicken in the rotisserie is an hour away ;-;

Yea, because I was not in any was provoked to say that, and I hadn't already said something legit previously.

Hey look, it happened again. You really shouldn't let someone elses postcount get to you. It doesn't matter.

I was agreeing with you; the emos were for my postcount.

I should've cleared that up : /

Oh...sorry about that then. I'll try to avoid any more off-topic posting in this topic from now on...aside from this. I can't force any relative content into it, because no matter how hard I try I literally can't think of any other times I've even come into contact with eggplant.
