I will never go near eggplant unless it's grilled. There are times when I go completely vegetarian and will a grilled eggplant with mozarella on sourdough bread. I don't do it very often, and I've never tried it non-grilled. I'd prefer not to, in any case.
i like eggplant but i remember not wanting to have it because of some assignment in like grade 5 or 6 where we had to rewrite a paragraph that basically makes it sound like downing bleach or something.

Eggplants... am I human if I've never eaten this fruit or vegetable before? I don't think there is even eggplants in any grocerie stores in the Quebec region I live in, yet we have mango.
I like eggplants. At first I thought it would be really gross but I loved it. Like it on pizza, pasta, and grilled with some cheese on top. Eggplant casserole is also tasty.

I like eggplants. For me, they are good grilled with olive oil and some herbs, or boiled with tomatoes, onions, and peppers, with some parmsean and mozzerella cheese.
