These days, I cannot. This is because in the past couple months I haven't been eating as much per meal. You see, my brother lacks food in his apartment, or at least noticeable food since it's mostly ingredients. I spent a lot of time at his apartment in the summer time, so naturally I didn't eat as much. My stomach cannot handle large amounts of food anymore. I am left with two choices:
1. Eat food more often and bring myself back to my impressive mansion of a stomach and irritate my (larger) friends.
2. Eat foods that provide energy.
I have school everyday with an hour and a half break in between two of my classes. This is a good time to eat something small. Then I have an hour before work, to which I ride a bike. 4 hours of walking later, I bike back home. What I need is food that can provide me with a decent amount of energy. I find myself buying orange soda before work so I'll have this energy. I obviously need to change my eating habits to conform to the smaller amounts I can hold. More fruits and veggies?
This past weekend I ate out twice. I was unable to finish both meals (I ate around half, the total cost was around $25). I've been putting too much food in bowls and meals! I'm not used to this yet.
So, any pointers? | |

That energy drink by Arizona tea helps me too. Never eat anything too rich, because that will put you to sleep immediately. I know that if you want to have high metabolism, you should eat more smaller meals throughout the day. Hope this helps.

- Small portions for meals with snacks in-between (bananas, orange, trail mix, granola) keeps you energized without filling you like a balloon.
- Along with those small snacks, plenty of water, especially while you're on your bike.
- Veggies also would help, but if it's too much, a side salad with dinner is just fine. No one's close to perfect.

vitamins A, E, K, and a few others, are not water soluble.
meaning, you go over 100% on them, you're talking mild sickness if done repeatedly over a week or so, you go over 500% like most multivitamins do every day (some even go up into the 1,000% range), you're talking anything from sickness to hospital visit.
People have died from overdosing on vitamin A :x
one thing though i'd look for is omega 3; you will find that in salmon primarily (gorton's salmon filets are wild so they're good and healthy and have a ton of omega 3), along with the actual oil/seed extract of omega 3.
omega 3 is basically equal to oil for your car, except for your body; getting around 800mg to 1.5g (any more than that starts to become harmful) is speculated (from tests, although FDA hasn't confirmed it yet) to improve;
-heart
-liver
-brain
-blood vessels
-circulation
-bones
-flexbility
etc.
and if you don't believe me, consider this; i stopped eating fast food and ate two filets (there's two to a box) every day; i can now do fascination maxx 25 times in a row, without being tired. :O

I find that if I do not eat food for a few hours my game improves.

But hmmm, if you do have a high metabolism go with grazing through out the day. or just have a light dinner and breakfast and have a giant lunch! I've heard that thats the best way to do it for energy usage. also just change your diet every once in a while. Break away from the everyday sort of stuff and for some reason that also helps.

Giant lunch might log your body if you don’t eat breakfast or dinner. Angel of death you have an interesting Dietary schedule.

Total Tokens: 549.26 Donate Tokens | For quick energy, nothing more than an energy drink That's for when you need it on the spot.
For long-term energy, I recommend anything with lots of long-lasting glucids, which is basically pasta, potatoes or other heavy sugar foods. Don't take candy or overraging sweets, I'm not saying that at all since you'll have a down after.
If you're an active guy, do NOT follow the fucking carb plans to "reduce your carbs", because think of it, carb = energy, damnit! Eat stuff that are high in carbs if you know that you're real active, that'll make your body much more energized.
You're just like me, I could eat so much and gain so little since I'm very active [DDR/ITG addict] and I used to weightlift and did some sparring with friends like wrestling to kid around.
