ewww just milk and bananas? An easy way take off a few pounds is to switch from sugar to a sugae substitute like splenda or sweet n' low. Drink more water, cut off the soda. My friend just drank water for a few weeks, gave up her beloved
soda, and she said she lost like 15 pounds from just knocking that out of her system.
And if you do have a soda..make it a diet. More greens in your diet, smaller meals.
I also heard one where you eat cereal (special K, raisin bran) for dinner...helps knock of off the pounds.
and instead of going to the gym, do a little ddr, maybe some swimming, or even just a simple walk around the block...
so the simply put it:
-switch from sugar to splenda
-smaller meals
-move around a little
-water!
-healthier food choices
-send me kisses....<3 | |

NEVER! my diet is prolly the worst when it comes to nutritional value, what keeps me skinny is that im ALWAYS active this past month ive might of spent a hour on the computer total, as a matter of fact, the only 3 things i do sitting down is eating, shitting, and sleeping

if a diet insists on a limited amount of foods it's probably doing more harm than good, a proper diet involves staying active and eating a bit of everything. mmmmmm

Weight watchers online is pretty good, but you can do most of it by yourself. Write down what you eat, stick to (mostly) healthy stuff, and keep track of calories. Cut out 500 cal per day, and you'll lose a pound per week. Not too hard, once you swap some unhealthy stuff for better things, like having apples and peanut butter for a snack instead of a candy bar

Granola bar for breakfast
Turkey sandwich or Lean Pocket for lunch
and whatever my mom makes for dinner, maybe either chicken or fish with a salad.
All I drink is water 4 - 5 bottles a day also I havn't had soda in about 3 weeks and counting.

I think the main reason I'm fat was that summer I spent eating Hot Pockets and Marie Calander Pot-Pies and such ). Today I ate some Quaker Instant oatmeal and at some point today I'm going to eat a salad (Watch the dressing though, that can be a real calorie CUNTSTAB ;-; If anything, only use a spoonful at most with a bowl of salad )

It works, because it makes you realize that losing weight isn't about what you eat so much as how much. (Your general health, on the other hand, is highly dependent on the what part).

Stick to water and make your own juices, cereal has high sodium so oats and stuff is better. Ice cream keeps you (me) happy.
And doing situps and crunches wont get rid of your belly fat, go take a jog.
thats the information that i took off my mother (who is always on and off diets)

The main thing that's stuck is my improved eating habits at work. Instead of a doughnut, soda, and little pizza bites, I have a turkey sandwitch, a peach, and water.
