You sometimes have to figure out how to lose weight by yourself. I don't mean to get out of subject, but the reason I started noticing I got skinnier was that I started playing ITG and I still eat the same ways, except I always cut off REALLY GREASY stuff that slows me down

So, yeah

I guess I'm on a diet. . .

I've cut out tomatoes, garlic, spicy food, citrus fruit, and stuff with too much concentrated fat/grease out of my meals. I eat ice cream in extreme moderation. I don't eat stuff that has artificial sweetners or MSG. I also have to be very careful about which bananas I eat.

In the process, I've dropped a couple pounds. I guess it wouldn't be a big deal, except I'm severely underweight to begin with.

I hate my digestive system.

Wow.....I never knew FRUIT were as bad as junk food :O

If that's what you do for eating, then what about exercise?

Me, of course, play ITG(Arcade)/DDR(home) to stay in shape, and include a couple of simple exercises in between

I still don't have a flat tummy, though

It'll take a few months. Also are you eating yogurt? Yogurt will help speed up the stomach flattening process by a lot.

I'm actually underweight, so I need to reverse-diet, if such a twisted design is possible. Is there anything that isn't too unhealthy that is good for weight gain?

This was the case for me for a while--try exercising more. It sounds counterintuitive because this is what people do to burn fat and consequently lose weight, but after you build up some muscle, your body doesn't really like to burn that under non-starvation conditions.

nah, I don't really like yogurt

But I'll try to eat yogurt when I can

Maybe Trix or Danimals yogurt
Since my baby cousins don't like eating those a lot, I just eat them in the process

I'll keep that in mind

I'm currently taking part in a 100kcal in 1 year SM challenge, so this may solve my problem...on top of that, I might be doing a sponsored DDR marathon in a couple of months.

I was the same way, I HATE yogurt, but just get flavors you like. I get the Oreo kind with bits of Oreo on top & it's amazing. I nearly gagged on the Trix yogurt haha, but Lipton Green Tea bags are a plus. Drink a mug full everyday. The ones with no sugar & all antioxidants. You'll thank me later.

Lipton Tea is okay, I guess

I just drink about an average cup's worth of tea everyday...but my mom keeps bugging me about drinking too much tea...but I'll tell her it's for my goal for a flat tummy

Thanks!

But is it green tea with antioxidants? If not it NEEDS to be. Also try sucking your stomach in and holding it there throughout the day, that works as well.

Tea of any kind has a buttload of anti-oxidents, but the herbal teas are probably the best. Obviously, if you shovel in the sugar/sweetener then it's all a bit pointless.

Herbal teas give me the urge to pee after a short period of time

But it might be worth it once I see a difference in my body

I think that's a good thing. If you suddenly started drinking loads of water, you'd be peeing just as much. As long as your pee is clear, there's nothing to worry about
