I had actually dropped about 25 pounds at one point in 2006. Most of it was due to the fact that I was eating stuff that was made for diet (weight-watchers based cooked, thank the stepmother there) and the only real means of transport I had at the time was either walking or biking...oh and of course we can't forget the local crap ITG2 machine influence and the records left on it (not popular around here). I had dropped to about 185 pounds at 6'1".

Only problem is it's pretty much back now (about 205 now), but the difference is I've gained an inch, late, and the muscle mass difference. I still want to get back down to 195 if at all possible, though, by the end of the year.

Man, it's gonna hurt cutting off that arm in December.

Here's something to keep in mind:

Although it helped me lose about 2 pounds in 1/2 a month, but anyway

NEVER!!

-Eat Del Taco (chicken soft tacos) and play ITG afterwards

You know where this is going, right everyone?

I think I owe an explanation to those who ask "What the hell kinda diet is that, ellipse?"

I wasn't trying to lose weight. I was trying to get through the day without my stomach doing weird things. The doctors finally figured out what was wrong with me (I won't post it here, because it's kinda disgusting), and now I can eat more stuff. . .just not as much of it. It will take a long time before I will even consider eating curry again. . .

My weight problem is that I need to gain weight. I lost A LOT of weight at the beginning of this year, no thanks to that stomach of mine.

Time for pizza!

I haven't checked my weight as of lately, but last time at the doctors, in December, I lost 5 pounds. I'm sure I lost a few more, but it's just my body tone I need to work on. I need a skinnier ass and skinnier face.

2 cups of anti oxidant Lipton green tea, and staying under 1,700 calories daily is easy.
