Japanese curry-- how do you make it? For those of you who enjoy making this dish, what kinds of things do you put in there? I like to use sauteed white onions and red potatoes, chicken, baby carrots, and Golden Curry medium hot curry mix. I tend to put some soy sauce and sugar in the frying pan when I'm doing the onions and potatoes, and although it takes 3 hours to complete the dish, I think it tastes really good. Does anybody have a particular way of doing it that they are proud of?
