Yeah, my mom loves it too. I think she was the one who got me hooked on it.

I have to check those out then, if they're as good as you say they are.

I remember that they have some nice wine for $3 a bottle. Besides that their tortilla chips and salsa are Excellent when you have the munchies

For some reason, I don't like one of their salsas; it's the smoky chipotle one. It's probably the smokiness, but aside from that it's good.

I love going there for grocery shopping sometimes. Last time I was there, I was buying some green tea ice cream mochi.

I love the place due to the fact that I've been on a health kick lately, with diet and exercise. So I like to load up on "superfoods" at TJ's. (No other place I know of has flaxseed)

I went for the Ice Cream Mochi.
I wanted Azuki, but they didn't have it. So I got the Green Tea flavor. It was nice. ^_^

I personally like Jungle Jim's, but that's an hour away, and the only one. It's like a 6 times bigger TJs. :O

I never shop at Vons. It's too damned expensive! And it sucks 'cause this town has a TON of Vons and no other cheaper stores (like Albertsons or something)........ Ralphs has been my good alternative. I've been comparing prices between Ralphs and Vons, and RALPHS TOTALLY WINS.

But nothing beats Trader Joe's. The sad part is, I don't buy everything at TJ's considering....... most of their foods are cheaper and healthier than if I went to a normal grocery store..... but you can't get everything at a good price at TJ's. Which is why I still need another grocery store to get food at.....

I don't like any of those Shaw wines... they give me headaches. And I'm not too much into wine, but there is this raspberry beer they carry... "Lindemans's Framboise"~ If you're into something sorta sweet, but alcoholic, this is the drink for you!

Darn

I wish we had more of these specialty grocery stores here in my country.

Anyways, it looks like this Trader Joes seems great but I think it has no chance of hitting overseas (since it is only available in 9-10 states in American atm).

Oh well
