The sweetness and the spice of the sauce really adds to the flavour.

That's kinda normal. Some restaurants offer people any sauces for anything you eat
Must be a big fan of spice huh?
As for me, I add Tapatio Mexican Hot Sauce for some stuff, life tacos, soups, some noodles, etc.
