The Quarter Pound Deep Fried Pepper Jack Burger. It's actually more like a half pound with the amount of cheese inside the meat. I can also create an italian version of it I think.

Put noodles, bean sprout, slices of raw eye round steak beef, cilantro, slices of jalapeno peppers, and the broth in a giant bowl and serve.

Usually, though, I'm more of a bachelor-style chef. Quick and improvised, most likely with some sort of cheese involved (at any given time there will be two pounds, minimum, of cheese in the fridge). The usual trick: noodles + whatever else I fry up with it (generally chicken, cheese, or an avacado/tomato mix), or large chunks of sourdough/baguettes for inhumanly large sandwiches.
