Worst Restaurant

So what's the worst restaurant you have ever been to?

Say why and describe the horrible experience.

Mine...

Lakewood. That place went out of business eventually because of their food.
Dry as sand I tell you. And the cooks were a$$holes.

I wanted a tuna melt sandwich, with tomato, and cheeze. And I got this burnt, pile of something that I could not put into words. I send it back, and ask for some edible food...It comes back, with no tomato, no cheeze, and the tuna salad is all over the place. So I just had a drink, and payed the bill, then left. Without eating. I ate at McDonalds that night.

I used to go there almost regularly, (before their food started to suck).

Cheap $1 Chinese Food place.

It sucked because there were tiny flies all over the place, usually landing on the food itself when the people in the back weren't looking.

Ironically enough, after some closed time and new owners, became one of my favorite places!

This World Buffet I went to. the food was subpar, some of it wasn't cooked all that great, there were flies around, and it made me super sick. I will never ever go to that place again, especially since I paid 10 bucks for a foodborne illness.

You guys are all talking about problems with flies.

Yeah, they are annoying.

I was at this Nest Cafe once, but there weren't flies, but bees and wasps all over. They must have spilled something sweet in there or something.

Some of the worst are actually in Muncie (where I live) from what I've seen. Our IHOP, Steak and Shake, and Cheeseburger in Paradise resturants are considered amongst of the worst in the nation. (Same thing for our Best Buy which never carries any halfway decent DVDs.) Then there's our Mexican resturants, in particular Puerta Variata which is just nasty yet everybody in this town in dumb enough to go there. Finally, Muncie is the home of Pizza King, a regional chain serving some of the nastiest pizza known to mankind which half the time they screw up orders, not to mention the fact that they have the worst pepperoni EVER!

What're you talking about? Puerto Vallarta is an awesome restaurant. It's authentic Mexican food and having come from Oregon I can tell you, all mexican restaurants are exactly like that. There have been a few I've been to that are worse. In northeast Portland there is a restaurant called Pollo Loco. Order the chicken taco and you get a tortilla filled with grease with a little lettuce on it.

I've been to way better to say the least and I fail to understand why people don't like it. That place is just disgusting to me.

i remember going to a really bad Ramen restaurant in London on a europe trip while i was in highschool.

it was the equivalent of mcdonald's only in ramen form

i swear i could have cooked it better than them -_-

I had another bad experience with a Mexican restaurant. I made the mistake of thinking it was a good place, ordering a pork burrito with sour creme and guacamole. Famous last order. Not only was it bad, it made me so sick that that I was out with illness for a week. needless to say, not only do I cook my own food nowadays, I will never go there again.
