Worst Restaurant

there was a chinese restaraunt in my mall, and i ordered the burbon chicken. it sure as hell wasn't chicken(i think it may have been horse or goat) and the ends were all burnt and gross. i kept picking out burnt solidified sauce from my rice, and i had the shits for 3 days.

The woest experience I ever had was at a restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. I went there with a few friends and the service there was terrible. I swear that the waiters purposely avoided trying to serve our table. I personally think that it was because our group consisted of Asians and African-Americans. When we finally got served, the waiter was discorteous to us, and the food took a long time to come out. By that time, the food was cold.

Nevertheless, I haven't been back since.

Nova's post reminded me of a pretty bad/funny experience. It was at the Jolly Pirate Donut down in hick country. The place is like an old school Dunkin' Donuts diner style layout. I come in with a group of about five friends. We're obviously together as a group. I'm the only non-white person in the group. The first four order, get their orders and sit at the counter. I then order and get mine in a to-go bag. When I decide to sit at the counter, one of the locals noticed the only space left was next to him and decided he was done with his coffee and left. Good times! My friends and I still like to make fun of that day all these years later. (oh, shit... It was HOW MANY years ago?!?!? I just made myself feel old... ) The donuts were very good, though.

Pollo Loco was always okay for me when I lived in Los Angeles..

I've never had any real traumatizing experiences with fast food joints, although I don't really like Pizza Hut anymore (which is a shame, because the Big New Yorker was the shit), and KFC has always sucked (that's why God made Popeye's).

The last time I was at a TGI Friday's, though, several years back, everything sucked hardcore and I vomited on the way home. I'm sure it was an isolated meal/location thing, but I haven't been to one since. It always just seemed like Applebee's, but shittier...

Edit: Oh!, but my worst resturant "experience" was at a local wing joint last summer. I stopped in for a quick lunch with a few of my buddies, and there was a girl at the counter who was not only really nice (which is not common in people her/my age in the food service industry), but she was totally checking a bunch of us out. They had a self-serve soft drink setup, and I told one of my bros to go get me another Barq's. So, he takes my cup up to the register, and asks the girl for a refill. -_-;;; She smiles, giggles a little, and walks out from behind the counter, fills it up, walks back to the register, and hands it to him.

Heh, it didn't suck that much for me, but he was pretty embarassed.

We have this local place called "Primo". And it's supposed to be a super fancy dine-in restaraunt... but in all truthfullness, it's disgusting. I have a couple buddys that work there, and they just tell me of the horrid conditions in the back. Plus, their food is just disgusting.

I've recently developed an anger with the people that work at the local hardees. they keep screwing up my order.

Last week I went to get two sausage biscuits, and what I got was a sausage biscuit with two paddies on it. Another time I got a double decker sausage biscuit. :<

But other than that, GO SIX DOLLAR BURGERS!!

I have only had one BAD resturant experience.

Loy-Loy's (Or Loi-Loi's, I forgot, it's gone now anyway). There was something in those little rectangular prism cakes. every one in my family (And then some) got sick.
I wish they didn't close, I wanted to give them another chance.

Anyway, here is a Burger King experience from a few years ago:

I ordered a cheeseburger. Since I dislike the crap many places put on their burgers, I told them "ketchup only." The correct product in the bag should be a cheeseburger with ketchup on it. But I didn't get that...

I didn't get a cheeseburger with onions and pickles...

I didn't get a hamburger...

I got a bun with ketchup inside.

Go figure.

Then there is some place in Louisiana called Taco-something. A sit down restaurant with flags for table numbers. A cafeteria establishment. I got myself three soft tacos. I couldn't finish them, and had a hard time eating what I did of the third one. I mean, yeah, tacos are greasy and messy when made that way...

But I had a quarter of a cup of grease on my plate. That could have been increased to almost half a cup had I wrung my fucking tacos.

Dont eat at Taco-something. I forget the name.
