For fast food chain, I'd say Kentucky Fried Chicken since it's more of an elbow licking experience, but they always save with the fucking awesome popcorn chicken. So that'll be my dish there.

As for realtime restaurants... I haven't had bad experiences at all to be honest. To be honest though, is there a quota on the staff having to be higher than 6 feet and all men? I swear I do believe that's the quota there.

Hospital food SUCKS.

ugh. Don't even make me explain how bad their macaroni and cheese gets burnt. And they have no taste in drinks either. Diet Pepsi is like their main beverage. Can't wait 'till i can go home and gulp down a nice can of Vault.

Me? I've had bad experiences... with some U.S. franchises established around here. Don't take me wrong, I love to go to Chili's, California, Burguer King and etc., but other places are totally... ugh:

-Domino's... damn, I want pizza, not some kinda compressed paper with cheese.
-Taco Bell. Tried that place once, but... no, honestly, NO, they fail.
-KFC. Not sure why, but the very few times I've eaten there, I always get sick.

I'm gonna catch shit, but Starbucks (hell, most US coffee shops) represents the worst resturant chain due to the lack of REAL FOOD! I refuse to pay $6 for an overrated 32 oz drink!

I remember back in the 8th grade when we took a class trip to the outer banks. We ate at the Western Sizzler. The outside looked ok but inside it was hell.

First it was full of smelly old people who kept starring at us. The kitchen, where they prepared the food, smelt horrible. Sort of like they killed some stray animals and burnt them to a thin crisp. Then the buffet, which we were all forced to eat, had warm, brown lettuce, all the rolls where cold, there was a hair on my spaghetti, and the waiters/waitresses, were so rude. Plus the head manager person picked where we each had to sit, so naturally I got separated from my friends, and had to sit with people I didn't even like. Finally, me a teacher and a few others just left to hang out in the parking lot. If I knew we were going to have dinners there I would have kept my $150.

My worst restaurant is pretty much any Panda Express I've ever been to. I am a sucker for Orange Chicken and every time I've gotten it at one of these places (usually located in shopping malls), its always rock hard and flavorless. Keeping all your food under heat lamps all day can't be good for it.

worst restaurant = the local wendy's.

I got food poisoning there once from a cheeseburger and french fries.

Elmer's.
I went there once, you could shoot me before I go there again. I got a burger and fries. I'm not exactly sure what the burger was made of... Definitly not beef. The fries... Let's just say I'd rather eat my shoelaces. (I used to)

My parents haven't had good experiences in that place eighter, and I'm not just talking about the food.

Fast food

McD's - Need I say more?

KFC - Just like everyone else says. gross. fake chicken.

Taco Bell - Everytime I used to eat their food, I always get the damn runs... I don't eat there anymore.

Yoshinoya - Can't believe some places still exist, while I did see other places shut down. Got a chicken bowl one time and took a bite of the chicken and bit a big chunk of fat... -_-

Pizza Chains

Dominos - You can't fool me with your fake ass pizza. Try using real tomato sauce instead of some artificial shit.

Papa John's - These guys think they are the shit because of their slogan: Better ingredients, better pizza. Fuck these guys, not only are they overpriced their pizza tastes like it was made last week.

Pizza Hut - God, how much more grease do these guys throw onto their pizza? Every bite and your mouth is dripping in grease. Horrible...

Restaurants

Chinese fast food (any and all places) - I don't trust them anymore after the last time I ate at one.

Black Angus - I only went cuz I wanted to see what their food was like. And I always used to watch their commercials so why not? I get there and it was practically a ghost town. Hardly any workers around as well as customers. Food was horrible, bland steak, pasty potatoes, rude servers... I just don't see them lasting much longer.

Hometown Buffet - enough said.

Olive Garden - I never had any problems with them until my last visit. Horrible service, the lights in our area were blinking like crazy and our server was a real bitch. And yea their food sucks ass.

Rainforest Cafe - I'm sure most of you people realize the cooks don't really make whatever the hell it is you order. Most of their shit is already bagged and ready to serve just throw on some boiling water and its good to go. Screw this place, nasty ass food.

Sushi Ya - I go there for my dad's birthday dinner a couple years back and i ordered some california rolls. All was fine until I got to the 4th or 5th piece and I tasted fuckin dishwashing soap. I complained to the server and what did she do instead of giving me a fresh order as an apology, she brings me this god awful piece of smelly ass fish instead. Not only that they don't bother to apologize to me for making me taste dish soap! Damn assholes.

TGI Friday's - Not only is their food bland and tasteless, they overprice their menu and you don't get as much food as you think you would. $12.99 for a small piece of burnt chicken with 4 tiny shrimp and 2 scoops of potatoes? Wow...simply amazing.
