You should have a custom field by now at the bottom of the infraction page. Use it instead of extreme token whoring every time you want to ban someone. Just issue 5 never expiring points, and put something that fits the ban reason.

Look, I know Elixir is a fuckass and that a lot of people are sick of him, but should he have been banned? I've gotten some complaining PMs before the recent shitstorm in OG (and I got a few after that), but has anything he's done been legitimately bannable? If the rest of staff really wants him gone, that's cool, because I can only keep him so far in check, but I'm not totally certain this was the right course of action.

He was Arch v2. Never technically breaking the rules, but a constant problem nevertheless. Guys like him are the reason moderating can be an objective thing.
