This infraction has been reversed.

Reason:

Not really flaming, more or less stating the need for locking/uselessness of the thread. It happens all the time and I don't see it being in bad taste.

If I may, I have a slight objection:

the user did it multiple times, and the way he did it, it was harrasment to the user and was absolutly uncalled for to bring it up however many times he did it. If it still stays reversed, i'm cool with it, but thats just my two cents; your the bossman not me.
